Two New Journals in the Music Library

The next time you have a strange thirty minutes between classes, wander over to our current print periodicals section. We have two new journals out on the display shelves - Classical Singer and Jazz Perspectives.

Classical Singer is the premier magazine for classical singers. It focuses on articles about the lifestyle of being a professional performer, and resources for doing so.

Jazz Perspectives is a "wide ranging jazz series providing ground-breaking, in-depth, and insightful studies of the lives and works of jazz musicians." Recent articles have included jazz history, jazz in the classroom, and looks at specific works.
